How to get a pet
Pro Game Guides describes a Pet Shop near the Farmers Market. Buy an egg with Tickets, then place it in your plot to hatch. Check the current shop price before spending.
Its August 13 guide describes 18 pets and three standard equipped slots. These are dated reports, not a claim that the current roster ends there.
Which role fits your goal?
- Cat: reported to speed fruit growth.
- Sheep: reported to help other equipped pets gain XP.
- Magpie: reported to find eggs occasionally.
- Woodpecker: reported to sometimes recover a tree seed.
- Turtle: reported to sometimes protect a tree from lightning.
No passive guarantees a payout or protection. Inspect your pet description before choosing a loadout.
Limited eggs and later additions
A separate August 22 guide reports a Majestic Egg, with Flamingo, Hedgehog, Elephant, Horse and Pegasus. It describes shop, Spin Wheel and Magpie acquisition paths. Current availability is unverified here; do not assume a limited item remains obtainable.
